Delightful, secluded, peaceful and cosy 17th century converted barn & cottage in the heart of Old Amersham Buckinghamshire. Hidden away to the rear of the High Street and yet within 100 metres of the centre of the Old Town.
One of the most beautiful towns in the South of England, located in the rolling Chiltern Hills, designated as an area of outstanding natural beauty. A stones throw from all the local Amersham hotels, pubs and restaurants.
You can be assured of cleanliness and we take as much care as possible in this regard. Cleanliness has always been a top priority, we deep clean first, then afterwards we disinfect to ensure maximum hygiene.
By adding The Annex to The Barn we can accommodate 8 people in permanent beds with two bathrooms.

- Full Sky Glass TV with Sport & Netflix on a 54 inch Sony TV in the Barn. Annex has 24 inch TV.
- Full Sky Glass Sony TV as above in sitting room and in two bedrooms with separate feed - ideal for families with children.
- The gravel driveway in photos belongs to us, and leads to a dead end so there is no passing traffic or pedestrians. Privacy, quiet and security is assured.

The Barn
The Barn is ideal for single occupation, a couple, two couples or a family. It is entirely self contained with it's own parking and has no immediate neighbours.
We can do reduced rates for long term monthly off season rates, house move/stays, renovation or relocation, single occupant, corporate or holiday lets.

It has three bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the two others with twin beds. Sleeps six people in beds or eight if you also book the annex - see link below.
It has super fast fibre broadband (speed over 60 ) and all the mod cons plus workspaces in the kitchen and a two small desks overlooking the courtyard in the sitting room and twin bedroom respectively.
The Barn standard nightly rate is £295 in High Season with a seven night minimum and a fourteen night high season minimum (May - September) but we will consider a shorter stay at short notice.

A full range of meals is easily catered for by making use of the wonderful Seasons and other cafes all just a one minute walk away.
The Annex is from £59 to £89 per night depending on weekends and time of year with a two to seven night minimum stay and can be rented independently or can be added to the Barn thus proving two doubles and two twins so sleeps eight with two bathrooms.
